Please support the Caye Caulker Community and our “Potlickers”
We decided to go ahead and keep our team and our incredible supportive customers out of harms way and close our doors for now. However, since we are one of the very few businesses on the island that is able to conduct business online, we decided to support our community, our artists, and our street dogs with 20% of the profits of all online sales for as long as it takes for the community to be able to make a living again!
The people of Caye Caulker depend to 90% on tourism and with all commercial flights and cruise ships canceled most people have no income and zero financial government support.
That’s when we realized we had to do something and decided to donate 20% of the profits from our website sales to the Caye Caulker community, to the people who keep feeding our street dogs (aka “potlickers”), and our awesome, most talented Belizean artists who have little to no chance of selling their beautiful art without any tourists.
Therefore, please check out our amazing colorful pieces of art. “What’s New” includes available originals, but art prints are available of almost all of the pieces. Art prints are available starting as low as $10 US -- and we have many images from various Belizean artists to choose from!
With that said, I want to thank everyone for your support in these uncertain times, all customers who have come through our gallery doors in Caye Caulker and continue to give us an opportunity to show the world our beautiful Belizean art!
